Information about your company
When you log in to verksamt.se, you agree that we collect information about your company. We collect the information from various authorities. Here you can see:

• which authority we collect the information from.
The Swedish Companies Registration Office collects the information, but it is not saved. The information is only displayed to you and is not used for anything else.
Information based on company form
From the Swedish Companies Registration Office we retrieve:
- company name
- organisation number
- people in the company
- address
- email address (if there is one registered)
- accountant (if there is one registered)
- municipality
- county
- financial year
- date when the company was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office
- the status of the company (if, for example, a bankruptcy or liquidation has been initiated).
From the Swedish Tax Agency we retrieve:
- the date on which the FA tax was approved and came into effect
- the date on which the company was registered for VAT
- the date on which the company became liable for VAT
- VAT accounting method
- VAT accounting period
- the date the company was registered as an employer.
From Statistics Sweden (SCB) we retrieve:
- postal address for the company's workplace
- visiting address of the company workplace
- municipality for the company's workplaces
- county for the company's workplaces
- SNI codes for the company
- SNI codes for the company's workplace
- CFAR number
- visiting address of the company
- designations for the company's workplaces
- information about main workplace
- number of workplaces for the company.
If any of the information from Statistics Sweden is not displayed, it is because Statistics Sweden does not have that information about your company.

- visiting address of the company
- designations for the company's workplaces
- information about main workplace
- number of workplaces for the company.
If any of the information from Statistics Sweden is not displayed, it is because Statistics Sweden does not have that information about your company.
Information about your cases
When you download cases, you agree that we show what has happened in your cases with the authorities you choose. We save your choice for 6 months, so you do not have to download your cases every time you log in.
If you do not make an active choice, we do not download any information and do not save anything. You can change your choices at any time under Settings.
