Make changes to your company or association. For example, change the board and company name at the Swedish Companies Registration Office
Please note that these services are only available in Swedish. You need a Swedish BankID in order to log in to the service.
Examples of information you can change:
- board
- company signature
- CEO
- recipient of service
- auditor
- articles of association, for example company name and business
- addresses
- e-mail address of the company
- particular company name
- that shares are divided or merged.
You cannot use this service to report a change in share capital. You must instead report this to the Swedish Companies Registration Office by means of standard post.

You can use this service for limited companies, branches, tied agents and insurance intermediaries. You can also submit more information in an ongoing case at the Swedish Companies Registration Office for these forms of business. Use the Swedish Companies Registration Office's forms.
