Change company information
Here you can make changes to your company at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. For example, you can change the board of directors and company name.
Please note that these services are only available in Swedish. You need a Swedish BankID in order to log in to the service.
Examples of information you can change:
- addresses
- e-mail address of the company
- board or partners
- company signature
- CEO
- auditor
- company name
- business
- recipient of service
- fiscal year
- secondary business name.

You can use this service for limited companies, branches, tied agents and insurance intermediaries. You can also submit more information in an ongoing case at the Swedish Companies Registration Office for these forms of business. Use the Swedish Companies Registration Office's forms.

- registration of limited companies where the shares are paid for in kind
- registration and change of branch

- authorization (give the board the right to decide on issues)
