Change information about part-owner in close limited company
In this service you can change information about part-owner in close limited company.
Please note that this service is only available in Swedish. You need a Swedish BankID in order to log in to the service.
In this service from the Swedish Tax Agency, you can:
- change information about how many shares the shareholders own
- add new partner
- remove co-owner.
Only the person who is registered as an authorized signatory for the company can use the e-service.
All cases that you submit to the Swedish Tax Agency are free of charge
Registration in the Swedish Tax Agency's services at verksamt.se is always free of charge.
