Information about the registration

If you wish to engage in commercial trade in second-hand goods, you are required to register this commercial activity with the police. This also applies if you wish to organize auctions.

You can find exactly what kind of goods require you to obtain registrations in the Ordinance (1999:272) on trade in second-hand goods. Examples are mopeds, bicycles, leisure boats, computers, televisions and mobile telephones.
