Relief service in the home (LSS)

Relief service involves a person temporarily taking over the care of a person who is otherwise cared for by or receives support from relatives at home.

How to apply

Send your application to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate, see link. 

 

This service is provided in the person\'s own home.

This service should not be mistaken for the relief service pursuant to the Social Services Act (SoL). This is instead related to the service type \'home care\' pursuant to the SoL.
