Technical Information About the Service's Accessibility

This service is partially compliant with the law on accessibility for digital public services. Non-accessible parts are described below.

Content That Is Not Accessible

The content described below is not fully accessible in some way.

If you have visual impairments

  • When you need to provide information about, for example, country or county, you do so in a drop-down list. Depending on which device and screen reader you are using, the experience may vary. In some cases, you cannot focus on the drop-down list, and in some cases, the choices in the list are not presented with your screen reader. The problem is greatest on mobile devices.

If you have impared colour vision

  • When you fill out the form, errors may occur. These are things that you must correct in order to submit the report or. In other cases, we advise you that there may be information that you should leave out. An example of this is misspelled words. Both of these types of messages are displayed, for example, under the respective fields. The only thing that distinguishes them visually is color, which can be challenging for those of you who have difficulty distinguishing colors from each other.

Generally

  • We have done our best to ensure that you, who use the service with assistive devices, can focus on relevant buttons, fields and other content in the service depending on what you are doing in the service. However, we know that there are still shortcomings with focus management.
  • Autocomplete helps you fill in information about yourself, such as name and email address. Since you, who use the service, usually fill in information about other people in your company, we have chosen not to use autocomplete in the service.

We are continuously working to address inaccessible content.
