Non-accessible parts are described below.
If you have visual impairments or are using a screen reader
- The order of focus is in several cases incorrect or illogical.
- The length of tables and lists is sometimes not specified at all, and sometimes one row too many is specified.
- When new panes expand or collapse, such as when editing a partner in a list, you can skip text without noticing it because the focus moves to a button or field.
- Some fields do not have a description that is read out automatically.
- Person and organisation number are read out in an incorrect format, which makes it difficult to understand what the number is about.
- In the form, the headings do not follow a consistent hierarchical order.
- Screen readers read date fields in such a complicated way that it is difficult to recognise that it is a date field and it is difficult to enter and check what you have entered.
- Several elements are read out twice, for example the options in multiple-choice questions.
- Elements that are hidden from view are read aloud, such as the icon that shows a section is ready or active.
- It is difficult to read the majority of help texts, because the i button is not an independent element and the text is not clickable.
- The copy of the receipt that can be downloaded as a PDF may be incorrectly made to work with screen readers.
If you have visual impairments
- Boxes used to group content have low contrast against the background.
If you have impaired color vision
- Boxes used to group content have low contrast against the background.
If you use a small screen
- The page does not always automatically scroll when elements are shown or hidden, which can cause you to lose orientation.
- For you as a company signatory, it can be difficult to see where you have to sign, and to get an overview of who has already signed.
- If you use the phone in landscape mode, the surface that can be read and scrolled is sometimes very small due to menu bars and fixed elements located at the top or bottom of the page.
If you have impaired fine motor skills or strength and keyboard users
- In exceptional cases, focus markers are missing on buttons and links.
- In several cases, the focus order is not as expected when navigating in and out of dialog windows.
If you have cognitive impairment
- It is not clear which fields are mandatory and which are not.
- It is difficult to get an overview of how many steps the form contains and how much of the form is completely filled out.
- The headings are not clearly arranged hierarchically. Header sizes are not consistent.
- Some of the headings and questions are non-specific.
- In several questions, you are expected to read long texts to find out which answer options you cannot choose, instead of it being indicated next to the option.
- The questions are not formulated based on the user's situation, i.e. the circumstances of the company. The questions are asked based on how the Swedish Tax Agency handles various registrations.
Generally
- There is no way to navigate back and forth between the sections of the form, even though the appearance of the page might lead you to expect it. You must go forward in order, you cannot skip episodes.
