Helping others in the Swedish Companies Registration Office's services
If you are helping someone else or are a representative, you can use the Swedish Companies Registration Office's services here at verksamt.se to register a company or association. You can also help change information in a company or association.
For example, you can help:
- register a company or association
- change postal address
- change information, such as board of directors, company name, articles of association or statutes.
Do as follows
Log in to My Pages and search for the company or association.
In the service, you prepare the notification. Enter yourself as the contact person for the case. When you are finished, you invite an authorized representative to sign and submit the notification with their e-identification.
On My Pages you can then follow the case and supplement it if necessary.
Signing with power of attorney
For economic associations and tenant-owner associations, you can sign and submit a notification with a power of attorney.
However, you cannot sign or submit a notification for a limited company, trading partnership or limited partnership with a power of attorney.
