Remote assistance
When talking to a case manager, you can share your screen to get help with the Swedish Companies Registration Office's services. You do this by using a mirroring tool called TeamViewer. This way we can help guide you further.
Good to know about TeamViewer:
- You don't need to install anything on your computer
- TeamViewer does not work in a mobile.
- We can't do anything on your computer, but we can see everything you show on the screen. Therefore, close what you don't want to show.
- We do not store anything.
- It is a secure connection.
