The campaign that helps you act smart online!
With simple means you can improve the security of your company. By reviewing your procedures for things like passwords and backups, you can reduce the risk of your company being exposed to various types of fraud such as phishing and malicious code. Take advantage of the month of October - the international information security month.
For the seventh year in a row, MSB (The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency) and the Police conduct the Think Safe campaign. The aim is better information security for the general public and small business owners, and in total there are 23 different actors in the public and private sector who collaborate.
This year's themes are:
- Phishing and malware
- Digital identity
- Safer online
The Think Safe campaign is aimed at private individuals and companies with up to ten employees where private life and business are closely linked. The aim is to be able to take measures for a safer online life through tangible, clear and concrete tips. In this way, you can avoid being scammed or losing important information or money.
At verksamt.se, you can read about how you can protect yourself against phishing and ransomware, i.e. malicious code, and what you can do if you and your company are affected. There are also videos that explain how to create strong passwords and what the warning signs look like if your business is vulnerable to hacking.
