Public compensation to employers

Collective agreements include transition benefits and transition support that are managed by transition organisations. The support helps employees move on in their working lives, for example in the event of dismissal, and as an employer, you can receive compensation for the fee for this support.

Employers who finance one or more registered transition organisations may be entitled to government compensation. This is compensation for part of the fee to the transition organisation. Usually, the application and payment of the compensation is administered by the administration company that the transition organisation uses. The compensation is paid at the end of the year and is intended for the employer, not the individual employee.
