Certificate of registration
A certificate of registration is a document that shows your company is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). The certificate contains various details confirming that the company is registered. It can, for example, be used as proof when applying for loans from banks, authorities, or when entering into agreements. It includes:
company address
date of registration
signing authority
company name
registration number
financial year
board of directors
business description.

On My Pages you can see what digital powers of attorney you have for companies and associations at the Swedish Tax Agency. The powers of attorney are retrieved from the national service at minaombud.se. You can still use the Swedish Companies Registration Office's services without a power of attorney.
